8. Limitation of Liability

ZyriCode's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Warranty and Support

9.1 Warranty Period

We provide a warranty period for bug fixes on delivered code, as specified in individual project agreements. This typically ranges from 30 to 90 days post-delivery.

9.2 Support Services

Ongoing support and maintenance services are available separately and are not included in the initial development cost unless explicitly stated.

10. Islamic Compliance

As a company operating under Islamic principles, we reserve the right to decline projects that do not align with Islamic values and guidelines. This includes but is not limited to projects involving:

• Interest-based financial services (Riba)
• Gambling or betting platforms
• Adult content or services
• Alcohol or tobacco promotion
• Any activities prohibited under Islamic law

11. Termination

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
